Pet PKR Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to Pet PKR. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Pet PKR platform — including the website at petpkr.bet and any associated mobile applications or services — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before you do anything on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Pet PKR (the operator). They apply to all Pet PKR services including sports betting, PSL betting, esports betting, Ludo games, card games, crash games, promotions, and any future products we may launch.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Pet PKR platform. Continued use of any Pet PKR service after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the Pet PKR platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Pet PKR does not allow underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Businesses, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players on Pet PKR.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any person employed by Pet PKR or any of its partner companies, including payment processors and software providers.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that you have applied for through Pet PKR or any other gaming platform with which Pet PKR shares data under responsible gaming obligations.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. Pet PKR reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of age. If eligibility cannot be confirmed, Pet PKR may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated funds until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on Pet PKR. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If Pet PKR detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts except the earliest registered one will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited and the balance may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Using a false name, another person's identity, or deliberately incorrect information is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Pet PKR login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential at all times. You must not share access to your account with any other person. Pet PKR will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach occurred because you shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable security precautions.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Pet PKR support immediately at support@petpkr.bet or via live chat. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the review is in progress.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Pet PKR is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, and may request verification at any time as part of our compliance obligations. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence, plus a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held until documentation is provided.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Pet PKR accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed exclusively in PKR. No foreign currency deposits or withdrawals are accepted.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to the method selected and your account verification level. Standard verified accounts have a maximum single withdrawal of Rs 5,00,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP account holders upon request.

4.3 Processing Timelines

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your Pet PKR wallet instantly. IBFT bank transfer deposits are typically credited within two to four banking hours on business days. Withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within one to two hours during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00–22:00 PKT). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the same person as the registered Pet PKR account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for full bonus terms. Pet PKR reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on Pet PKR are final once confirmed on the bet slip. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled, unless the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error (see Section 5.4). The minimum bet on most Pet PKR markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

5.2 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as reported by the official governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL matches, or the relevant esports tournament organiser for gaming events. Pet PKR does not settle bets based on television broadcasts or unofficial sources. Winnings are credited to your wallet automatically upon settlement.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a defined period; the minimum required number of overs in a cricket match is not completed; an event is awarded by walkover where no play took place; or a market is opened in error. Pet PKR reserves the right to void individual bets where there is clear evidence that the odds were posted erroneously.

5.4 Palpable Errors

Pet PKR reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — for example, odds of 100.00 posted for a strong favourite. Where Pet PKR exercises this right, the stake will be returned in full. We will not use this provision to void bets simply because a selection won at a high price — it applies only to clearly erroneous prices.

5.5 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event, particularly following significant in-game events such as wickets, goals, or disqualifications. If a bet is submitted during a suspension and the odds change before the market reopens, Pet PKR will notify you of the new price and request your confirmation before accepting the bet.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Pet PKR regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your Pet PKR account must be wagered a minimum of 10 times before they can be withdrawn as real money. For example, if you receive a Rs 500 bonus, you must place bets totalling Rs 5,000 before you can withdraw the bonus-derived balance.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new Pet PKR registrations only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a subsequent account is a breach of these terms and will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account reviewed.

6.3 Bonus Misuse

Pet PKR monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts (bonus arbitrage), using automated betting tools, or betting exclusively on outcomes with very high implied probabilities to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Any account found to be abusing bonus terms will have the bonus and any associated winnings forfeited.

6.4 Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus balances and any associated free bets expire automatically after this period.

7 Fair Play and Integrity

Pet PKR operates on the principle that every player deserves a genuinely fair chance. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Any arrangement between two or more players to manipulate the outcome of a game or betting market to their mutual benefit.
• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets based on knowledge of a predetermined match result, or sharing such information with other bettors. Pet PKR cooperates fully with sports integrity organisations and will report any credible evidence of match fixing.
• Use of bots or automation software: Using any software, script, or automated tool to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the Pet PKR platform in any way that is not through normal manual use.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately taking advantage of any software bug, glitch, or pricing error to place bets at incorrect odds or to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated in this way will be voided.
• Chip dumping in games: Deliberately losing chips or game currency to another player in a way that transfers value unfairly in a multi-player game environment.

Pet PKR uses automated monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns. Players whose activity is flagged will be contacted for clarification. Accounts may be suspended during the investigation period while Pet PKR reviews the matter.

8 Responsible Gaming

Pet PKR is committed to supporting responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable activity, and we take seriously our responsibility to help players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling.

The following tools are available to every registered Pet PKR player at no charge, accessible directly from the account settings page:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your Pet PKR account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each active betting session. Pet PKR will display a reminder when your limit is approaching and log you out when it is reached.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. This helps prevent a bad run from becoming a financial crisis.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from Pet PKR for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but betting is disabled.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from Pet PKR for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is irrevocable for the chosen period.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

Pet PKR collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on Pet PKR you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

In summary, Pet PKR collects data that you provide at registration (name, CNIC number, address, contact details), transaction data, betting history, and technical data about your device and connection for security purposes. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, fulfil regulatory and compliance obligations, and improve our services. Pet PKR does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Pet PKR platform — including but not limited to the Pet PKR brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Pet PKR or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Pet PKR content without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Pet PKR platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to scrape odds data, republish content, or build any product or service that makes use of Pet PKR data or interfaces.

11 Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pet PKR's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the total amount you have deposited into your Pet PKR account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Pet PKR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of data, arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to losses arising from platform downtime, incorrect odds displayed due to data feed errors, or loss of access to your account as a result of a security breach on your own device.

Nothing in these terms limits Pet PKR's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Closure

12.1 Closure by You

You may close your Pet PKR account at any time by contacting support at support@petpkr.bet or through the live chat. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification and completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

12.2 Closure by Pet PKR

Pet PKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false registration information, engaged in fraud or money laundering, or is otherwise using the platform in a way that causes harm to other players or to Pet PKR. In cases of suspected fraud, associated funds may be held pending an investigation.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. Pet PKR will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before the account is deemed dormant. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will be maintained for a further 24 months, after which the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable unclaimed funds regulations.

13 Changes to Terms

Pet PKR reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a notification on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect. If you continue to use Pet PKR after a change takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page. We recommend checking back periodically, especially before placing large bets or making significant deposits.
