Go to the Register page and fill in the form — your full name (as on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth, and a strong password. The whole thing takes under two minutes. Once you submit, you will receive a one-time SMS code to verify your mobile number. Enter the code and your Pet PKR account is active immediately. You can start exploring straight away; you only need to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal.
You must be at least 18 years old. Pet PKR verifies age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately and all deposits are returned. There are no exceptions to this rule — it exists to protect younger family members and to comply with responsible gaming standards.
No — strictly one account per person, per CNIC, per Pakistani mobile number, and per household. Opening duplicate accounts is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and results in all accounts being permanently closed. If you have lost access to your existing Pet PKR account, use the account recovery option on the Login page rather than registering again.
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and Pet PKR will send a one-time verification code (OTP) to that number. Enter the OTP, choose a new password, and you are back in. The process takes under two minutes. If you also cannot remember the registered mobile number, email support@petpkr.bet with your full name and CNIC for identity-verified recovery.
KYC on Pet PKR requires: (1) a clear photo of both sides of your CNIC — or passport / driving licence as an alternative; (2) a proof of address such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months; (3) a selfie holding your CNIC clearly visible; and (4) confirmation that the mobile wallet or bank account you plan to withdraw to is in your own name. KYC submissions are typically reviewed within two to four hours during business hours.
Yes, but this requires identity re-verification for security. Go to your Account Settings, select the detail you want to update, and follow the OTP verification steps. Because your registered mobile number is used for login, withdrawals, and OTP verification, do not wait until your old number is deactivated before requesting a change — contact support@petpkr.bet as early as possible.
Log in to Pet PKR, go to Account Settings, and open the Security tab. Toggle 2FA to enabled. After that, every login from a new device or IP address will require an OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number before access is granted. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it is the single most effective way to protect your Pet PKR account from unauthorised access.
Email support@petpkr.bet from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request." Pet PKR will process the closure within 24 hours. If you have a remaining balance, it will be returned to your verified payment method. Log in to your Pet PKR account, go to the Cashier section, and select Deposit. Choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard — enter the amount in Pakistani Rupees, and follow the on-screen steps. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your Pet PKR balance within 30 seconds in most cases.
The minimum deposit on Pet PKR is Rs 100. There is no maximum single deposit cap, although your mobile wallet provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) may apply their own daily or monthly transaction limits under State Bank of Pakistan regulations. For high-volume deposits, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard card payments offer higher limits.
First, wait five minutes and refresh your account — Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions occasionally take a few minutes during peak times. If your balance has still not updated after ten minutes, go to Transaction History inside your Pet PKR account and check whether the deposit appears as pending. If the money left your mobile wallet but did not arrive in Pet PKR, contact support@petpkr.bet with your transaction reference number, the amount, and the time of deposit. We will trace the payment and credit your account manually if confirmed.
Pet PKR does not charge any fee on deposits. The full amount you send arrives in your betting balance. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transfer charges (for example, JazzCash charges a small percentage on some transfers) — those charges are applied by the provider, not by Pet PKR, and Pet PKR has no control over them.
Yes. Pet PKR offers free daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits for all Pakistani players. Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming, choose Deposit Limits, and set your preferred cap in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive changes during a session. Pet PKR accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (all major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, Allied, Meezan, and Habib Metro), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there are no foreign currency conversions or FX fees.
Withdrawals

Log in to Pet PKR, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or IBFT), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within one to two hours after KYC verification is complete. IBFT bank transfers typically arrive within one to three business days depending on your bank.
The minimum withdrawal on Pet PKR is Rs 500. There is no monthly withdrawal cap for verified Pakistani accounts, although mobile wallet daily limits under SBP regulations may apply. If you need to withdraw a larger amount, the IBFT bank transfer method supports higher single transaction limits than mobile wallets.
Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals arrive within one to two hours. If it has been more than four hours and the amount has not arrived, check the Withdrawal section in your Pet PKR account for the status. A "Pending" status means the request is still in the processing queue. A "Completed" status means Pet PKR has released the funds — check your mobile wallet app and contact your wallet provider if it does not show there. KYC verification is a standard regulatory requirement for all licensed online platforms that handle financial transactions. It confirms that the person withdrawing funds is the same person who registered and made the deposit — protecting you from unauthorised withdrawals and protecting the platform from financial fraud. Pet PKR completes KYC reviews within two to four hours on business days. It is a one-time process; after your account is verified, future withdrawals are processed without any additional documentation requirements.
Pet PKR does not charge any platform fee on withdrawals. The full amount you request is sent to your mobile wallet or bank account. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may charge a receiving fee for some transaction types — those are applied by the financial institution, not by Pet PKR.

Log in to Pet PKR during a live match, go to the Live Betting section, and you will see real-time odds updating as the match progresses. Select a market, enter your stake in PKR, and confirm the bet. In-play bets on Pet PKR are accepted instantaneously — however, during high-traffic moments (like a wicket falling), odds may refresh before your bet is confirmed and you may be offered new odds. In-play betting is available for PSL cricket, esports, and select international cricket matches.
For matches declared "No Result" — whether due to rain, bad light, or any other reason — Pet PKR voids all pre-match bets and refunds the full stake amount in PKR to your account balance. For in-play bets, the rules depend on how many overs were completed before abandonment; Pet PKR's full market settlement rules are detailed in the Terms and Conditions. Refunds are credited within 24 hours of the official match result being declared.
The minimum stake on Pet PKR is Rs 50 per bet. This applies across all sports markets including PSL cricket, esports, and international cricket. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event — they are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your wager.
Yes. Pet PKR offers a Cash Out feature on eligible pre-match and in-play bets. When Cash Out is available on your bet, you will see a "Cash Out" button and the current offer value in PKR in the My Bets section. The Cash Out value updates in real time based on current match odds. Clicking "Cash Out" settles the bet immediately at the displayed value. Not all markets are eligible for Cash Out — check the My Bets section to see which of your active bets have this option available.
Pet PKR displays odds in decimal format by default. The decimal number represents your total return per Re 1 staked — including your stake back. For example, odds of 2.50 on a Rs 500 bet mean your total return if the bet wins is Rs 1,250 (Rs 500 × 2.50), giving a profit of Rs 750. Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is automatically credited to your Pet PKR account when you make your qualifying first deposit. You do not need to enter a promo code unless specified on the Promotions page. The bonus amount and minimum qualifying deposit required are shown on the Promotions page. Make sure you have read the wagering requirements before depositing — the bonus cannot be withdrawn directly; it must be turned over the specified number of times on qualifying markets first.
A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Progress is tracked in real time inside your Pet PKR account under My Bonuses. Only bets on qualifying markets (usually sports, with minimum odds requirements) count towards the rollover.
Log in to Pet PKR and go to the Referrals section inside your account to find your unique referral link. Share it with friends in Pakistan. When a friend registers using your link and makes their first qualifying deposit, both of you receive a bonus credited in PKR to your respective accounts. The referral bonus amount and qualifying conditions are shown on the Promotions page. There is no limit on how many people you can refer.
The most common reason a bonus is cancelled is that the wagering requirement was not completed within the bonus expiry period (usually 7 or 30 days depending on the promotion). Other reasons include: placing qualifying bets below the minimum odds threshold, withdrawing funds before completing the rollover, or bonus abuse detected by our system (such as using multiple accounts). In Pet PKR crash games, a multiplier starts at 1.00× and increases continuously. You can cash out at any point while the game is running, locking in that multiplier on your stake. For example, if you bet Rs 1,000 and cash out at 3.50×, you receive Rs 3,500. If you do not cash out before the multiplier "crashes" — which happens at a random point — you lose your stake.
